BACKGROUND

Located in one of the fastest growing parts of South Carolina, leadership at Hampton Hall is planning for the future of this vibrant Bluffton community. As industry trends show an increased interest in year-round social and recreational amenities, as well as vibrant, casual dining venues and outdoor dining spaces, Hampton Hall is looking to enhance its offerings to increase the value proposition for their residents—and the value of their homes. The Club engaged Chambers to assist in understanding homeowner priorities and developing a fiscally responsible method for funding the enhancements in phases over time.


OUR APPROACH

A comprehensive Member Survey conducted in 2022 helped to prioritize the homeowners’ desired enhancements to their community amenities. Based on these priorities, the Master Amenity Plan includes adding an enhanced Bar offering for adult oriented dining and socialization that provides views of the lake, expanding the current Fitness Center space for cardio and strength training, expanding/renovating Pete’s Grill kitchen for improved service efficiencies, and expanding/screening the outdoor patio at Pete’s Grill for additional capacity.

The new Bar/Lounge at the Social Club will transform the existing lanai into a casual, indoor-outdoor dining hub that showcases views of the property’s beautiful lake and water fountain feature. Updates to the kitchen will increase service efficiency and  improve food quality, while providing dedicate storage space that is currently lacking.

The new Fitness Center will expand avaialble workout space with elevated ceiling heights to create an open feeling with ample natural light. In addition to cardio and strength training space, the new facility will feature three dedicated group exercise rooms and convenient access to the Splash Café. This year-round, ultra-casual outdoor bar and dining patio will offer bar, lounge and table seating with direct access to the adjacent pool deck.

Finally, Pete’s Grill will be reconfigured to offer expanded mixed grill dining, along with an indoor-outdoor bar. The existing outdoor patio will be expanded, screened, and covered to provide a year-round, pub-style experience with magnificent views of the golf course.

NEXT STEPS

Financial planning is currently in progress to determine how best to fund desired improvements, and determine the most fiscally responsible method for implementing these projects over time.
