BACKGROUND
The Brighton at Bay Colony is a North Naples beachfront condominium located in Pelican Bay development. The 22-story, 75-unit building is an exclusive residential enclave hugging the sugar sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The charm and romance of this distinctive beachfront tower blends perfectly with its environment.
OUR APPROACH
The Brighton engaged Chambers to develop a master enhancement plan for the building that would include proposed design solutions that could be implemented in phases over time.
After listening to the residents through online surveys, focus groups and community meetings, the design team developed a list of design considerations that responded to the priorities identified by residents. These included a new entry drive into the community and enhanced arrival sequence when approaching the building, as well as an elevated Lobby and Social Room, enhanced Fitness Room, and improved pool complex.
The following digital conceptual renderings depicted the overall design intent and aesthetic nature of the proposed enhancements throughout the comdominium.
