BACKGROUND
Heritage Palms is a gated and bundled golf community whose mission is to provide members and guests extraordinary golf and amenity experiences. The community consists of over 800 acres and features two 18-hole championship golf courses designed by Azinger & Lewis, 45 freshwater lakes and ponds, lush fairways, and 179 acres of nature preserves that surround the homes and facilities.
For the continued long-term success of the Club, the Board and Club Leadership engaged Chambers to guide them through a planning process that addresses the immediate needs identified by their membership — a desire to improve their Lodge dining and Tiki Bar experiences.
OUR APPROACH
The new Oasis Grill will be a vibrant and welcoming dining experience featuring a new indoor bar, expansive windows with serene views, increased indoor dining capacity, and a new coffee/pastry bar. A larger kitchen facility will enable the staff to provide improved service as well as an expanded menu. The expanded outdoor dining terrace will lead members to a new Tiki Bar with increased seating capacity, and the new swimming pool complex with adjacent bocce courts.
Detailed design and documentation is currently underway with construction expected to begin in 2024.
