BACKGROUND
Admiralty Point in Naples is the crown jewel of the Moorings Beachfront. It is an upscale waterfront condominium association on 10 acres, featuring two high-rise buildings and a total of 144 residences. Both buildings enjoy a myriad of amenities including two pools, a spa, clay tennis courts, bike storage, a fitness center, private beach access, and picnic areas.
OUR APPROACH
The vision for the West Clubhouse and Beach Pool renovation is to create a design that reflects the casual yet sophisticated amenities offered for the residents. The West Clubhouse is located at the ground level of high-rise building and services the condominium on the floors above.
Inside, an open “living room” concept will include soft seating, dining tables, and countertop areas supported by a pantry, kitchenette and restrooms for hospitality entertainment. The design concept includes installing an operable exterior wall facing the pool, providing an indoor-outdoor, open-air experience with direct access to the pool deck and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.
A new pool with spa component will be surrounded by lounge seating for residents to soak up the sun and enjoy the views. A new grill area will provide a great space for residents to enjoy BBQ and outdoor picnics.
Construction is underway and is anticipated to be complete in 2024.
