BACKGROUND
Legends Golf & Country Club offers vibrant lifestyle amenities, including premier golf, fitness, tennis, bocce, pickleball, and four dining venues for members and their guests to enjoy. Chambers was pleased to be involved with master planning for this community, which led to a project that focused on a clubhouse renovation that would respond to modern member needs.
OUR APPROACH
The 28,395 SF interior renovation included elevating the lobby and reception area for an enhanced arrival sequence, as well as reconfiguring and aesthetically upgrading the Dining Room, Pub, Players’ Lounge, employee offices, storage areas, and restrooms.
The Dining Room, Pub, Players’ Lounge are filled with natural light from the expansive, full-height exterior windows that envelope the clubhouse. The new interior aesthetic features warm blues and soft yellow hues inspired by the natural Southwest Florida surroundings. New transitional furnishings bring a comfortable and somewhat residential feel to the spaces to create a warm, welcoming, and “homey” feel.
After upgrading and renovating facilities throughout the community over the last several years, the club now offers a complete resort-like experience with the clubhouse as the last piece of its facilities puzzle. Our team listened carefully to member needs to estabish a design that met the club’s vision while adhering to a modest budget, creating spaces that greatly enhance the overall member experience and lifestyle of this vibrant community.
