BACKGROUND
Admiralty Point in Naples is the crown jewel of the Moorings Beachfront. It is an upscale waterfront condominium association on 10 acres, featuring two high-rise buildings and a total of 144 residences. Both buildings enjoy a myriad of amenities including two pools, a spa, clay tennis courts, bike storage, a fitness center, private beach access, and picnic areas.
OUR APPROACH
The vision for these first-floor amenity upgrades blends tranquility with sophistication. The overall design reflects a casual yet refined lifestyle, offering an aesthetically elevated experience while focusing on accessibility and functionality for all residents.
The open concept design includes soft seating, dining tables, and countertop areas supported by a pantry, kitchenette and restrooms for hospitality entertainment. An operable window wall separates the interior space from the new pool deck, allowing for a panoramic indoor-outdoor, open-air experience with direct access to the new pool, spa amenities, outdoor grill stations, and breathtaking views of the Gulf.
Residents will soak up the sun and enjoy the views from the lounge seating that surrounds the new pool and faces the coastline, while the new grill area will provide a great space for residents to enjoy BBQ and outdoor picnics.
