BACKGROUND
Allegro is an upscale condominium association located in the heart of the Park Shore area in Naples, FL. Showcasing views of Venetian Bay to the East and the Gulf of Mexico to the West, this 76-unit beachfront building is at the heart of a breathtaking community with picturesque sunset and floor-to-ceiling windows in every room. With the knowledge of critical infrastructure needs, Allegro looked to Chambers to help find forward-thinking solutions to prepare them for the future as they also worked to address immediate issues.
OUR APPROACH
The vision for the building renovations includes a new, partially two-story entryway boasts expansive open space, warm wood panels and enhanced lighting to elevate the first impression upon arrive. Once inside, residents will enjoy a new atrium layout with a centrally located water feature and green wall.
Throughout the building, new flooring and glass railings will line the halls on resident floors, providing an elevated experience as each travels to and from their individual unit. The design also includes a redesigned lobby with mail center, expanded package storage and new conference room.
Amenities will also be enhanced, including modern elements on the sun deck such as a Grille Bar, Bocce area, and outdoor functional fitness spaces. An updated pool area will include pool loungers, an expanded pool deck, new private cabanas, and trellis-covered lounge areas.
