Robert A. Hickman – Chairman & CEO Mr. Hickman serves on the Board of Directors and is responsible for directing and administering national and international operations.  He serves as Principal-in-Charge on major design programs and is responsible for the overall management and design review of all projects. Richard A. Snellinger – President Mr. Snellinger serves as Principal-in-Charge on major design programs and is responsible for overall company mangement.   Mr. Snellinger works closely with Boards of Directors, Long Range Planning Committees and Membership in the development of practical and cost effective design solutions. Robert Doyle, AIA - Vice President Mr. Doyle's technical acumen guides an extensive variety of projects.  With over twenty years of experience, Mr. Doyle has worked on projects both domestically and abroad.   His experience includes everything from private clubs to hotels, educational projects, and hospitals to corporate spaces. Christopher P. Smith, RA - Vice President Mr. Smith's design leadership is evident on a vast majority of the architectural and master planning programs.  His full experience includes corporate, healthcare and retail spaces.
