Chambers will act as your agent in connection with the procurement of Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment.

Chambers will negotiate with manufacturers and vendors for the Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment that you specify.

Chambers will order all Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment by Purchase Order once they have been submitted to you and you have approved them.

Chambers will receive, inspect and store all Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment as appropriate until installation at your project site.

Chambers will deliver and install your Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment according to a mutually agreed-upon installation schedule.
