Renovated Space: 9,276 Sq. Ft.
New Construction: 30,000 Sq. Ft.
The objective of this program was to take an old Vanderbilt
vacation home and renovate it to meet today's needs of the
Incorporated Village. Chambers focused on the old
Spanish-deco style to design a renovation program that not only
met the needs of the members, but also recycled many of the
buildings exterior features. Some of these features
included reuse of wrought iron balconies and the grand finials
on the new porte cochere.
