Working with a local private developer, Chambers designed the new 23,000 square foot Grand Lake Lodge and Spa in Savannah , Georgia . As part of the Clubhouse project, the site plan including swimming pool, children's splash pad, snack bar and parking elements were included in the construction program. Since opening 2005, the project has enjoyed hugh success with nearly 600 members.
