The Ritz Carlton Golf Club at Creighton Farms Greater Leesburg, Virginia
Background
Because this beautiful club was owned by the Ritz Carlton firm, there were stringent corporate standards to be met for everything from how the presentation boards were completed to the review of all sources for all goods and items to be used. Chambers was selected as a result of a national search for an interior design firm.
Our Approach
Chambers first established how the Ritz Carlton firm wished to work, what their corporate standards were, and how to provide every aspect of the work. This was necessary because of an extraordinarily short deadline of only seven weeks to complete the project. Chambers extraordinary relationship with sources for lighting, fabric, furniture, and accessories made the deadline possible. A huge custom chandelier, custom upholstery and casegoods, rugs, carpeting, window treatments, decorative lighting: all were designed and created. In addition, Chambers relationship with its vendors and with national shipping companies assured that goods coming from around the country would be expedited without delay.
Results
Within the seven week timeframe all elements that Chambers designed were created, shipped and arrived in a warehouse for delivery to the club. Chambers installation team arrived and supervised the placement of every item, down to the last piece of artwork and table lamp. The Ritz Carlton Golf Club and its retail operations opened on time, beautifully designed and welcoming members as though it had always been there.
