In the Rendezvous, Chambers developed a serpentine bar experience to promote cross-talk and member socialization, as well as a new, comfortable soft seating area to provide a space for members to escape the buzz of the main area.

Hillcrest Country Club
Boise, Idaho +

Among other major changes, Chambers brought the beautiful Idaho outdoors "in" to Hillcrest Country Club with a new flexible nano wall leading out to a terrace. Members are able to enjoy year the beautiful views year round- both inside and out.

The Petroleum Club of Fort Worth
Fort Worth, Texas +

Creative space planning and a new interior made this project a huge success. To further enhance the space, Chambers introduced an outside patio space on the 39th floor of a high rise where the club is located, creating another great reason for members to come and enjoy the club.

This very historic club had a main goal when considering its renovations: maintain the historic flavor of the club's original footprint while at the same time bringing in new amenities and operational efficiencies for its members and staff.

Designed to celebrate a more relaxed atmosphere, renovations of the Wigwam boast a custom, glass-enclosed wine cellar display and moveable bar for dining enjoyment. Multiple banquettes and leather dining chairs provide a low key background for the exquisite food presentation by Chef Garbin.

Inverness Country Club
Birmingham, Alabama +

Inverness Country Club rose from the ashes, literally. Two weeks after burning to the ground, Chambers deliverered a master plan that encompassed new and improved upgrades to make an even better club than before.

Charlotte Country Club
Charlotte, North Carolina +

Chambers worked with a planning committee chosen by Charlotte Country Club to develop the design, sequence the clubhouse restoration and develop the financial modeling needed to achieve the club's goals. Although the club's by-laws did not require membership approval for the expenditure of capital, Chambers kept the members informed of the process through "town-hall style" meetings. In the end, Chambers achieved 90 percent approval among club members for the renovation program.

Long Cove Club
Hilton Head Island, South Carolina +

The new design for Long Cove Club was all about maintaining its "low country feel." Chambers knew their efforts had been a success when members said over and over again that the club "felt like home."

Navesink Country Club
Middletown, New Jersey +

Chambers proposed a Master Plan that offered not just one, but several, possible approaches to the challenges facing Navesink. The process began with bringing members into the planning discussion, ensuring that the board and membership agreed on the vision. Chambers' financial modeling showed clearly that building restoration was the best approach. And thanks to the early involvement of the membership, the Master Plan garnered the approval of 87 percent of the club's members.

Scarsdale Golf Club
Hartsdale, New York +

Chambers' goal in working with this club located just 22 miles outside of Manhattan was all about enhancing the member experience. Old facilities were updated and many new amenities for members were introduced. Highlights include a full service fitness center, a brand new women's locker room, a poolside bar and new dining options.

Biltmore Forest Country Club
Asheville, North Carolina +

Aesthetic upgrades and functional improvements both led to the creation of this new “hub” of member socialization at the club. Chambers offered a “fresh” look to this casual dining space, all while remaining true to the traditions and history of this beloved club.

St. Clair Country Club
Upper St. Clair, Pennsylvania +

A shift has ocurred in member dining patterns in today's private clubs. Moving away from formal, programmed dining with reservations, members now desire spontaneous use of dining spaces, as well as multi-functional spaces that are family focused. An exercise in rebalancing the existing square footage of dining spaces at St. Clair has drastically improved both member and guest dining experiences.

Who would have ever thought that two clubs could have merged into one! The Palmetto Club and The Summit Club (at one time located across the street from one another) came together to create one new club with a great deal to offer.
